VICTORIA – It’s going to be standing room only at the Victoria Curling Club this week.

16 teams have advanced to this event, but only one girls and one boys team will be able to slide their way into the national tournament in Ontario this February.

You don’t have to look hard to see the talent between the sheets, curling has never been more competitive, especially among youth.

Three teams are hoping to show a little Island pride and rock the house all week long.
