Nanaimo Videographer
Scott Cunningham joined the CTV News team in September of 2011, after spending three years as a Reporter and Assignment Editor with CHAT Television in Medicine Hat, Alberta.
In Scott’s first year of studies at Calgary’s Mount Royal University, deliberate walks past the Broadcasting Department only fuelled a fascination with the television news industry. He enrolled in the well-renowned program and graduated at the top of his class in 2007.
A burning passion to tell stories and a love of people suited the young journalist well in his position at a hardworking newsroom in Medicine Hat.
The self-proclaimed “Alberta Boy” welcomed the chance to work and live on Vancouver Island with a talented and dedicated news team.
